Documents for the September 14, 2026 Special Open Board Meeting
Tonight's meeting includes updates on two ongoing Association initiatives. Full background materials for each — including the governing-document authority behind them — are linked below for any owner who would like to review them in detail.
1. Brush Control Program
This program addresses vegetation that obstructs sightlines along Stonegate Lane. The linked materials cover the recorded 60-foot roadway easement (confirmed by the recorded plat and by an independent title company review), the specific governing-document provisions that give the Board authority to maintain the roadway easement, and the safety background for the program.

2. Traffic Safety Plan
This update covers what the Board has done to date on Stonegate Lane traffic safety, and what is being considered going forward. Everything described is exploratory and would be phased in — no device, location, or vendor has been approved, and any physical installation (including signage) requires Architectural Control Committee review before it can proceed.
