Membership,

As part of the 2025-2026 CCR Update process, where the Board continues to follow our attorney's direction (Patty Arnold), we are updating our website to provide additional information for our membership in order to further dispel any confusion and work with full transparency on the membership's behalf. We have provided the hour-long Zoom meeting with the ACC and the Board and corresponding transcripts and summaries. We will also post all objections to this process in order to answer all membership questions.

To be clear, we are NOT changing any CCR, but rather updating our CCRs to reflect current Texas Legislative property code laws. This is required if we want to be in complice with state law.

As a reminder, we have our first Zoom meeting schedule for tonight (Februray 23, 2026) at 7:00PM. All information for the zoom logon and password is provided in our Calendar /Events section on the top navigation bar of our website: www.StonegateLaneHOA.com/events.

The Board clarifies any outstanding issues, and if all issues are resolved, then the Board votes to adopt the Draft as part of the CCRs.

GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Hello Neighbors,

The Board has been working hard to update our CCRs to reflect the state legislative updates through the 2025 session. We have an updated CCR draft being reviewed, and soon we will provide it membership, and then the Board will vote in an open meeting.

There are substantial changes, here are a few:

• ACC dispute resolution process
• Updated past due and collection process
• Updated fee policies and collection processes
• Record management requirements
• Electronic voting abilities
• Posting of fees and policies in a public forum.

As we endeavor to work through these changes and make them helpful to our community we hope you will be patient, and work with us, so this process will be a smooth one.
