The Stonegate Lane Community Improvement Association (SCIA) is pleased to welcome you to your internal online portal and website.


Your portal and external website will solve several important issues:

  1. Allows SCIA to become compliant with the latest Texas Legislative property code.
  2. Gives you access to account balances. (Current account balances are all zero as we finish inputting any outstanding balances.)
  3. Allows for convenient payments online.
  4. Simplifies our accounting processes and reporting.
  5. Allows for electronic voting and surveys.
  6. Provides secure communications for requests and communications to and from the Board and committees like the ACC.
  7. Centralizes documents and records for easier use.

Important Invitation Information

An invitation to log on with the following instructions will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. We will also text you via the cell phone we have on file notifying you of the email we've sent. If you didn't receive these notifications electronically, then please email info@StonegateLaneHOA.com, or text (737) 252-7750 to send us updated contact information.

The Stonegate HOA Board is pleased to invite you to register for our new HOA online software, by creating an HOA Owner login. This app will allow you to pay your annual dues, receive important neighborhood announcements and submit requests to committees such as the architectural committee. To register, please use the email address from which you have received this email, and then follow the steps to create your own unique password.

2. Enter Username: [[OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS]]

3. Enter your name and choose a password

4. Login using your email and password


Once you've logged on, please make any corrections to your contact information. It is important that we have your correct information.

We are also updating our records so if there are past dues on your account, they currently will not be shown.

Logon Problems

If you did receive logon instructions and are still having difficulty, then please follow these steps.

  1. If you are using your computer, clear your internet browser's cache and or history. Most browsers have a "History" tab that will contain a "Clear History" button.
  2. If you are using the EasyHOA application. Close the app and then try to log back in.
  3. If you are still experiencing issues, please email info@StonegateLaneHOA.com, or submit a request, and a Board member will get back to you.
